Blazer is skilled in the design, implementation, and monitoring of various individualized plans to help parents help their children to reach their potential and to feel successful in school.
With twenty plus years experience as a Reading/Language Arts/Learning Specialist, Dr. Blazer is experienced as a researcher, supervisor of testing, teacher, and civic leader. She is a member of the National Association of College Admissions Counselors and the International Dyslexia Society. She served ten years on the NJ Chadd (Children/Adults with Attention Deficit Disorders) Professional Advisory Board. Dr Blazer has also presented over 100 teacher/parent workshops in New Jersey. She writes extensively on providing supports at home and school for behavior/instructional management of children with attention and learning differences.
